Our Mission is to promote community bicycling and pedestrian use of rail trails for health and recreation while fostering a spirit of ownership for improving and maintaining these trails and ensuring "green" spaces for the community to enjoy.

At the April meeting of the Mount Joy Township Parks and Recreation Board meeting, Lance Koons, owner of Rails to Trail Bicycle Shop, located along the Conewago Rail Trail on Rt. 743 in Elizabethtown, presented a check for a $15,000 donation to be used toward the development of the township's new Old Trolley Line Park, along Beverly Road near Route 743 in Elizabethtown.  Pictured at the presentation are: front row, l to r, Donald Bush (Park and Recreation Board Member), Jayne Duncan (Park and Recreation Board Member), Jeffrey Phillippe (Chairman, Park and Recreation Board), Lance Koons, Richard Fankhauser (Park and Recreation Board Member), and Kaleb Koons, Rails to Trail Bicycle Shop- shop manager. If you are requesting a donation of equipment, services, or funds, your organization or fundraiser MUST have a direct impact on the Conewago Rail Trail, the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail, or Old Trolley Line Park.
